By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please contact us by emailing info@cabrini.org.uk or phoning 020 8668 2181.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering items in case there are any changes.
Cabrini Webshop is part of Cabrini Children’s Society (registered charity 233296). The Webshop is operated under Cathcard Limited, a company incorporated in England under company number 2682984, whose registered office is at 49 Russell Hill Road, Purley, Surrey CR8 2XB. Our VAT number is 611 8436 56.

- Orders & Delivery
- All orders are subject to acceptance from us and availability of the requested item(s). After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. It will state what the item(s) you have ordered are, the cost (including VAT and postage) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful, you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.
If on receipt of your order, the item(s) are not available, we will inform you by email or telephone as soon as possible and offer you an alternative product or refund you the sum that has been paid by you.
All prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs which will be added to the total amount. All UK orders (including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Island and the Channel Islands) are subject to a £3.50 delivery costs irrespective of the size of the order. Orders from outside the UK are subject to an additional delivery and packaging costs.
All credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Cabrini Children’s Society will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
Orders are processed by Cabrini Children’s Society and then emailed to our card mailing house for dispatch. The maximum time for purchasers to receive an order is 21 days from the day the order is received. Please note that orders may be delivered earlier than 21 days. All deliveries are by Royal Mail or an alternative third party carrier depending on the size of your order. If you are not available to take delivery of the products, depending on the carrier used, your items will either be stored at the depot nearest to your address until you can collect them or the carrier will attempt to redeliver the goods to your address.
The products will be delivered to the address stated by the purchaser on the order form. The purchaser undertakes to supply the exact address when placing the order for the products.
- Privacy & Security
- We will not collect any personally identifiable information about you (e.g. your name, address, telephone number or email address) through our webshop unless you have provided it to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personal data collected, please do not submit it to us. When you provide us with personal data we will use this information to contact you and keep you informed of the work of Cabrini Children’s Society unless you opt out of receiving further mailings from Cabrini Children’s Society. We will not sell, rent or market personal data about you to third parties.
- Returns & Replacements
- Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return any goods bought from the Cabrini Webshop within thirty days of the date the items are delivered. Please note that we only accept returns for non faulty items that are returned in their original condition. Customers who purchase products from Cabrini’s webshop may return them by mail to our mailing house. Please email info@cabrini.org.uk or phone 020 8668 2181 for more details and the address. For bookkeeping purposes, we request that you include the sales receipt with any return. You are responsible for the costs of returning the products to us. Mail your item(s) back using the carrier of your choice. Please ensure you obtain receipt of postage as you are responsible for the products until they are received by our mailing house.
